Select Staffing is now hiring in Richmond! We have an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) On-Site Supervisor to fill an immediate, full-time, day shift opening.

The On-Site Supervisor will be based on-site at our client's production facility in Richmond and will help manage the employment of our hourly workforce. In this customer service and human resources-oriented position, the Staffing Coordinator will help ensure a positive working experience for our valued hourly associates.

Primary duties for the On-Site Supervisor include:

• Conducting onsite orientations and safety training with our hourly workforce


• Ensuring that key employee data is properly entered into our system


• Making sure that our timekeeping system is accurate and that associates' hours are properly documented


• Facilitating the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidents


• Helping run reports for our client and documenting all activity with our associates


• Delivering superior customer service to our client and workforce


• Conducting regular safety observation tours of the production floor


• Coaching, counseling associates as needed


• Other duties as assigned

Background Profile for the On-Site Supervisorr:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills


• Strong customer service aptitude


• At least 1 year of related experience


• Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems


• Strong organizational skills


• Ability to walk the floor as needed throughout a shift


• Ability to interact positively and professionally with individuals at all levels of an organization


• HS Diploma or GED


• Team-oriented "can-do" attitude and demeanor
