Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Incumbent will develop and maintain schedule of events for Branch Managers, to include Parts and Service Managers, as well as develop new revenue streams and business opportunities for the Parts and Service Departments.
Duties and responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors, answer all telephone calls and route. Fill in for Front Desk Receptionist as needed
Take detailed messages and meeting notes
Provide timekeeping and payroll duties
Maintain files and keep up to date
Handle project-oriented duties and complete in a timely manner
Promote good welfare among the company and its' divisions
Develop new revenue channels and business opportunities via OEM Telemetry
Provide vouchering services for the parts and service department
Perform other duties as assigned
Develop and manage Parts and Service Marketing campaigns to drive walk in business
Qualifications
At least 1 year of previous experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills
Mechanical background or knowledge preferred

Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
