Infosys is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager. As a Project Manager you will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills, proficiency in managing technical teams, technical acumen, and is experienced in delivering quality technical solutions as well as setting and executing on a strategic technical vision. Strong candidates will balance their Scrum Master experience with strong interpersonal/communication skills and leverage their ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Project location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with system implementations along with basic understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle, Information Security, and Digital Transformation adoption
• Managing Digital Transformation projects of significant size and complexity, in a challenging environment, delivering platform or product based solutions
• As a seasoned/senior project manager, able to execute programs amidst significant business and technical challenges
• Collaborate with Business users, Consultants, Developers and Architects to build Microservices based -solutions that solve client problems and deliver business value
• Use Agile methodologies and develop iterative project plans to meet client schedules and delivery expectations
• Facilitates communication and negotiation within and across the project team(s)
• Agile Programs Execution Experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Provides leadership to the project team for the standards and processes throughout the life cycle of the project
• Provides input to ensure adequate project staffing, budgeting and resource management
• Participate in Risk Assessment, Status Assessment, Process Direction, and Communication Strategy

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
