As Contract & Gas Management Analyst, you will capture commercial storage, transportation, and gathering agreements into contracts; enter and maintain contracts in a gas management system; ensure customers receive their contracted services; monitor and communicate maintenance and operational conditions to customers, interconnecting pipelines, gas control and operations; and coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.



Key Accountabilities



  • Prepare contracts which capture the commercial storage, transportation, and gathering agreements fromdealconfirmations.

  • Follow the contract administration corporate procedure for documenting, authorizing, routing, tracking, and filing contracts.

  • Provide 24/7 nomination assistance to customers.

  • Communicate with gas control and interconnecting pipelinesthenomination and confirmation changes throughout the day/evening.

  • Monitor interconnecting pipeline system notices to communicate with all necessary internal/external key contacts as needed.



  • Able to analyze data and make decisions to managedailyand long-term business (natural gas flows,pressures andcontinuous improvementinitiatives).

  • Work with interconnecting pipelines and shippers to monitor imbalances.

  • Communicate scheduled maintenance and operating disruptions or conditions with customers, interconnects, and gas control.

  • Coordinate monthly meetings with accounting to ensure that invoices are accurate and timely.



  • Extract data and prepare reports as needed,including daily operations and gas control reports, monthly invoices and fuel reports,quarterly storage and transportation reports, and annual reports.

  • Maintain web page content as needed.




Minimum Education & Experience Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or a related fieldOR an Associate Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or relateddegree




Other Requirements:



  • Strong communication skills which include the ability to convey confidence and appropriate urgency using a calm demeanor.

  • Strong analytical skillsandproficient software skills including Microsoft Suite.

  • Ability to understand and maintain an alert status to daily operational constraints and customer concerns.

  • Capable of accurately applying calculations offlowrates, service fees, and related computations.



  • Minimal travel required. Work schedule willrequirerotating weekend/evening/holiday coverage.




Working Conditions



Performs job duties in a climate-controlled office environment, with a moderate noise level.
