Job Summary

The Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky seeks applicants for a tenure track position beginning August 2022. We will consider candidates at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels. The ideal candidate will have a research and teaching interest in Environmental Policy, but we are open to candidates with other research and teaching interests as well. Applicants with a Ph.D. in Public Policy, Political Science, or Sociology are encouraged to apply. We seek outstanding scholars who can contribute to our Ph.D. program, our professional master's degree programs, or a new undergraduate degree in public policy. We encourage applications from candidates who identify with groups that are historically underrepresented in the academy.

The Martin School is a University Center of Excellence with a multidisciplinary faculty offering five degrees: Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration, Master of Public Administration, Master of Public Policy, Master of Public Financial Management, and an Undergraduate Degree in Public Policy.
