What do our Termite Monitor Specialists do?
The Termite Monitor Specialist position will be in the Termite Department. Each associate will go through a six-week training program and required to pass the LA Department of Agriculture Registration Exam. Once complete, all new associates will be assigned to a Termite Monitoring route where they will visit residential and commercial sites.
Our Termite Monitors will provide pest management services to our clients. They work alongside their team members and help them solve problems, learn new skills, and exceed our customers' expectations.
Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations
Operate and maintain your equipment and vehicle in a state of cleanliness and good working order
What do you need?
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of customer service, experience in termite control a plus
At least 2 years of manual labor/outdoor working experience
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Be flexible with working hours, Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
Valid driver's license/clean driving record
