DNV's Energy Management is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our work with Energy Efficiency Programs in Manie.


This role will be based out of our DNV office in Portland, ME.



What You'll Do


  • Responsible for budget tracking
  • Managing the phone tree
  • Monitoring program email boxes
  • Ensuring project file organization and regular document clean up
  • Maintain client facing system to ensure projects are tracked and updated
  • Client facing project uploads/management, invoicing/project close-out, addressing client management requests
  • Management of incentive payment request process
  • Documenting and maintaining client system protocols
  • Write and post meeting minutes
  • Microsoft Office Teams file management
  • Perform client outreach
  • Project follow-up outreach


Position Qualifications




What is Required


  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience in project management or project coordination, planning, and execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented, critical reviews of technical documentation
  • Advanced level Excel skills required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented person with a lot of energy and interest in the Energy Efficiency industry
    • Positive attitude
    • Team-oriented to match our friendly work environment
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to meet the requirements to drive for company business
  • Willingness and ability to travel, primarily by car throughout the ME service territory approximately 5-10% of the time
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills for customer communication required
  • We conduct pre-employment drug and background screening


What is Preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Energy Resources, or related field
  • Experience in energy efficiency program implementation or energy related markets
  • Experience with new energy technology concepts, practices, and procedures are preferred
  • Specific experience in energy management in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Experience in a continuous improvement environment
