Responsible to manage a portfolio of 50-100 assets consisting of farm, ranch and land for an owner or client and fulfill the manager's obligations under the terms of the property's management agreement.
Travel to farm, ranch and land locations, client meetings and internal meetings on an as needed basis.
Be proficient in evaluating and negotiating agricultural leases, recreational and hunting lease and evaluating what agricultural use is best suited for the properties.
Monitoring annual OCC and Federal regulatory compliance requirements as applicable to the assigned farm and ranch portfolio.
Maintain monthly and annual compliance and regulatory deadlines for asset reviews, inspections and triennial valuations.
Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in various stages with aggressive deadlines and timelines.
Ensure the best possible value on acquisitions and dispositions is obtained.
Form effective working relationships and networks with vendors, contractors, third party property managers, appraisers, brokers, USDA service centers and other service providers to ensure timely and superior completion of all projects and
Maintain relationships with all tenants on all assigned properties to ensure steady cash flows and enhance the value of on retained farms and ranch assets.
