The Compliance Analyst will join a growing, dynamic and talented Global Ethics and Compliance Group and provide support for all compliance-related functions. This position reports to the Compliance Operations Manager.
Support the Compliance Operations Manager in all aspects of the compliance program.
Assist in ensuring online compliance training is completed in a timely manner.
Assist with monitoring and ensuringcompletion of annual Global Code of Business Conduct certifications.
Review and analyze requests as per the Global Code of Business Conduct, including but not limited to conflicts of interest approvals, charitable contributions, and outside business activities.
Assist in enhancingtheeconomic sanctions program at an enterprise level.
Assist in developing and maintaining global processes and controls.
Keep abreast of new legislation and enforcement matters applicable to the region as well as industry and compliance best practices.
Perform other related duties as required or requested.
1+ years of experience, preferably in a compliance role or as a paralegal
Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization (optional)
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in fast-paced, changing environment.
Highly organized with attention to detail
Strong moral compass and unquestionable integrity
