Your new role
Due to the continued focus on quality of workmanship and with a number of new projects due to start over the next few months, they are looking for a superintendent with 5-10 years experience in corporate/office renovation and interior build-out projects to join an exciting team and deliver the projects in a timely manner.
As you progress in this role you will be working closely with project managers, superintendents, and assistant superintendents, making sure that schedules and deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. You will provide support on the day to day running and organizing of site based functions, while having the safety of yourself and all others around you a very high priority.
What you'll need to succeed
Your success in this role will require you to have prior experience as a superintendent, with 5+ year's interior construction experience and the ability to work well under pressure to achieve time sensitive deadlines. Your project values will range from $1 to $20 million. You will need an eye for detail, strong communication skills, familiarity on corporate and retail interior construction are crucial for this role.
