A Global Provider of Financial Services Technology Company is seeking a HR Project Manager in Brookfield , WI.

Role Description

A Corporate Programs Project Manager is responsible for driving moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Leads and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. Could be technical or non-technical.

Skills & Requirements

This position will be a member of the Compliance team in the Corporate Human Resources Operations Department and report to the Director HR Operations. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new compliance vendor that will help streamline the I-9 process for all U.S. associates. This role is also responsible for partnering with other vendors to ensure the company stays within compliance on workplace notices for all existing, new, and retired locations. Additionally, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the company's domestic and international Compliance programs. You will assist in providing guidance and direction to our associates, for the protection of information assets/ systems and ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory mandates to maintain the confidentiality, safety, integrity, availability and preservation of our associates and assets.

The position should demonstrate excellent professional, written and oral communication skills. Will interact with internal and external parties, including Corporate legal in all Compliance matters.

This role will participate in the measurement of the quality of adherence to the policies, procedures, and standards. The analyst will assist in researching and identifying best practices related to Compliance audits/programs. Knowledge of information technology is beneficial along with a good understanding of functional IT processes, financial services, business operations, and workflow processes.
