This position supports the business by resolving issues and creating solutions to help deliver exceptional service. The Associate Support Specialist will work as part of the Strategic Initiatives team focusing primarily on the configuration and utilization of Salesforce.com CRM.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Support internal business users in delivering exceptional service by solving problems, refining processes and resolving issues related to Salesforce.com
Collaborates as part of a team to brainstorm and deliver solutions based on business need
Responsible for gathering use cases and requirements for Salesforce configuration changes
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for end users
Train end users on use of Salesforce.com and other supporting technologies
Document processes and best practices
Participate in new hire orientation and train new users on CRM
High School Diploma or GED required
Up to 3 years of relevant work experience
Acute detail and accuracy skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
Excellent customer relation skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
