We are looking for an energetic and motivated self-starter to serve as a marketing resource for our accounting, tax, and advisory practice. Working in partnership with local practitioners and the national marketing team to execute, this resource will drive marketing strategies to create lead flow and nurture relationships throughout the sales process, to invigorate practice growth.
Operates within a Corporate environment to develop and implement a local marketing plan which aligns with business unit goals and national programs and initiatives.
Works with local practitioners and business development peers to create a collaborative partnership to drive marketing and sales efforts.
Leverages national resources and infrastructure to drive local lead generation programs.
Creates targeted prospect lists to fuel outbound marketing and nurturing efforts.
Prepares local marketing budget and manages annual spend focused on driving growth.
Completes projects on time and on budget.
Identifies, coordinates, and critically evaluates event sponsorships/seminars to generate maximum ROI.
Researches market trends and competitor positioning; advances pertinent findings and recommendations to leadership.
Serves as liaison between subject matter experts and our national PR firm for media/PR opportunities.
Encourages use of social sharing and selling tools.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
1+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an accounting firm or professional services environment.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and desire to build effective relationships with colleagues, peers, vendors, and management.
Self-starter with confidence to advance ideas and build strong business cases.
Calm, composed, and professional demeanor.
Proven project management skills, including demonstrated organization and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Salesforce experience a plus.
