SomaLogic is seeking a?Manager, Corporate Applications?to join the IT team and work closely with business partners, security, enterprise architecture, application solutions leadership, and senior leadership across core business units to fold into one central team an array of decentralized corporate (COTS) systems utilized by corporate functions, including HRIS and intranet platforms. The Manager will lead an effort for a strategic HRIS platform and ensure SOX-compliance for key corporate systems. The role includes collaborating with internal and vendor teams to ensure excellence in operations, compliance, road-mapping solutions, and maximized ROI on cost and licenses.
The Manager shall build a solid rapport with key business stakeholders establishing a transparent and trusted model that ensures strong prioritization and rapid respond to stakeholder’s plans and company goals. The Manager shall lead a small team to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise vision with the fortitude and proven ability to drive action through results to accomplish that vision.
