Essential responsibilities



  • Work with prospective or existing customers to evaluate insurance needs, and deepen the relationship, using a consultative approach to sell a full portfolio of personal lines insurance products and coverages that meet a customer's needs.

  • Directly interact with prospective and existing customers via inbound and outbound calling, chat and via the web to ensure that each experience with us is simple, positive and personal.




Training Schedule



  • Paid training starts on 1/24/22.

  • Training will last approximately 5 weeks and includes virtual new employee orientation and virtual instructor-led training.




Work Schedule



  • Our core hours are 7 days a week spanning from 4:00 a.m. to 12 a.m. local time Monday through Friday and from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time Saturday and Sunday.

  • This is a full-time position and you will be scheduled a 40-hour workweek within these days and hours including 1 weekend day per week. You will receive 2 days off per week. The schedule is set and will remain consistent.

  • Upon completion of training, you will have the choice to either work full time remotely or in the office. Specific criteria are required to work in the office.




Compensation



  • Generous base pay plus monthly incentives, award structure and the opportunity to qualify for an annual bonus.

  • Shift differential for weekend and evening hours.

  • Bi-lingual Spanish-speaking team members may qualify for a pay premium.




What would make us excited about you



  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Active personal lines or P&C producers insurance license required.

  • One year or more of sales and/or customer service experience.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and active listening abilities.

  • Understanding of and the ability to optimally apply cross-selling techniques.

  • Awareness of and ability to apply underwriting and state-specific regulatory guidelines for the multiple products serviced.

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus. (read, write and speak)

Per Nevada SB293 we are disclosing the compensation, or range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Nevada. If performed in Nevada, this position has an hourly base pay rate of $24.40.



In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has an hourly base pay rate of $23.22 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 3% of eligible pay. In addition, we offer an Incentive and Recognition plan which is an additional earning opportunity from a production incentive plan.
