Job Description:

ARCOSA Aggregates is searching for a Senior Production Worker for our Cameron, TX plant. In this role you will support a
positive safety culture in a dredge environment that is regulated by MSHA safety standards. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the production team in the production of aggregate materials.


Arcosa is a leading producer and distributor in the Western and Southwestern U.S. of natural aggregates, including expanded shale and clay, crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt rock, and other products.


What you'll do:
• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
• Perform tasks assigned in a safe and effective manner
• Perform all necessary work area inspections and document discrepancies. This includes any heavy equipment checklist/inspections
• Be able to operate front end loader / skid steer
• Perform all task in a safe manner which includes wearing proper personal protective equipment and follow safety regulations established by this company
• Perform other duties as required
• Keep water pumped running to maintain fresh water to the plant
• Grease and inspect the plant
• Maintain the scales clean
• Keep tail pulley and catwalk cleaned on stockpile belts
• Keep all above areas clean
• Grease equipment in all areas of production


What you'll need:
• Prompt, regular and predictable attendance
• The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up
• to 60 pounds.
• The ability to work in an outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
• Remove logs from cooler
• On the job training
• Ability to operate front end loader / bobcat
