Summary
This role is responsible for facilitating the design, analysis, communication, and administration of the company's global compensation programs.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the organization's compensation programs including market & internal equity analysis, incentive plan administration, and annual salary planning process.
Participate in compensation surveys, analyze job descriptions & classifications, benchmark jobs against survey data and research other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation.
Maintain the global salary survey database.
Work with HR Business Partners to maintain job descriptions and to ensure descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of compensation practices to align with regulatory requirements and MiTek's compensation philosophy.
Assist with compensation projects and serve as a resource for the Compensation modules within Workday through testing and continuous improvement.
Generate periodic and ad hoc compensation related reports.
Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans.
Provide counsel to management and HR team members around compensation issues.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Compensation experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., if statements, vlookups, pivot tables)
Global remuneration experience preferred
Certificated Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) strongly preferred
