Join Our Mission


The Clinician is responsible for establishing, providing and implementing quality trauma-informed clinical services to youth and families consistent with agency mission, vision and values.


Job Responsibilities


* Uses evidence based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care.


* Establishes medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services.


* Provides skill building (case management) services to meet Core requirements


* Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions, and therapeutic groups with all youth and/or families as required by agency policies, protocols and procedures.


* Provides CFTSS services according to treatment needs.


* Assisting children/youth in developing skills as defined on treatment goals


* Providing psychiatric supports to youth and families.


Job Requirements


* Masters degree required.


* Licensed Certified Social Worker, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or other applicable license allowable under Medicaid Managed Care.


* Experience working with vulnerable youth and families preferred.


* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, outside of normal business hours including nights, weekends and possibly on-call, as needed.


* Must have a valid driver's license. Travel required.


* Ability to work with economically and culturally diverse population.

Qualifications


Experience2 - 3 years: Working with children and families. (preferred)
Licenses & CertificationsMarriage/Family Therapist (preferred)
Lic Mental Health Cslr (preferred)
Lic. Master Social Work (preferred)
