Job Description

The International Operations Specialist is responsible for providing time sensitive sales and service to International distributors. This is a critical role in the growth and expansion of our Puritan's Pride International, a Direct-To-Consumer business.

Responsibilities include:


  • Secure, process and manage orders towards the end goal of achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Communicate pricing and promotions to the Distributors.

  • Disseminate marketing materials to solicit sales.

  • Maintain daily communication with International Distributors, with the intention of providing best in class service.

  • Establish rapport with vendor partners while guiding them towards a growth trajectory.

  • Secure monthly forecasts.

  • Analyze forecasts against budgets and ensure inventory levels are secured to fulfill item needs.

  • Work with International Registrations to secure required registration and shipment documentation, facilitate expedient product export, and ensure a closed loop process.

  • Complete monthly performance scorecard, and disseminate earned marketing incentives.

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

  • Utilize information learned in building assortment needs.

  • Communicate internally with Marketing, Merchandising, Warehouse, Traffic, Customer Service, and the International Executive team.





Job Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales and Customer Service

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Marketing

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, AS400 preferred

  • Knowledge of website tools and applications

  • Basic knowledge of html preferred

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Outlook Suite

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Customer Service focused

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once

  • Must be driven, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a group within a collaborative environment
