Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The role is responsible for managing multiple client data management projects covering system consolidation, integration, and enhancements. Responsible for communication to management, technical, and business teams to interpret business requirements for system design opportunities, performing complex data analysis, verifying data integrity, training team on new system functions, interpreting and improving business processes, and identifying potential new system functionality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee and manage projects to identify and translate business system requirements into enhanced system functionality and design.
2. Represent business team to all other user departments.
3. Develop and standardize interdepartmental business processes.
4. Integrate common business practices.
5. Troubleshoot business/system issues.
6. Provide data gathering and analysis.
7. Provide business user support.
8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
10. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values held within.

JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent is responsible for identifying and/or interpreting technical solutions to business requirements and communication between technical and business users. Decisions can impact client setups, provider access, claim processing, published client information, and company revenue. Work is varied and complex. The incumbent uses considerable discretion and independent judgment to identify and choose appropriate course of action. The incumbent provides work direction to individuals who do not directly report to this job.




Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum high school diploma coupled with 5 years' experience in business analysis or
information technology within the healthcare industry. Bachelors' Degree in Business Operations
or a related field is strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and data analysis software and tools
* Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) workflow
* Organizational, project management, time management, analytical, problem solving, negotiation,
and communication skills
* Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS
Office
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to lead and mentor others
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires
sitting and viewing monitors for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment
such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
