TITLE: SUMMIT CLUB REPRESENTATIVE

The Summit Club Representative is responsible assisting guests with all promotions and events. This position serves as a liaison among Eagle Mountain Casinos marketing department and the patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively promote the Players Club and its benefits to Eagle Mountain Casino guests.Promote all eligible guests to carded, tracked players by enrolling those customers in the Summit Club.Track carded table games players in the pit.Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment.Distribute information about Eagle Mountain Casino to patrons.Meet and greet customers upon their arrival, including bus and tour groups.Retain and relay information concerning all promotions, entertainment and events.Make announcements regarding promotions, entertainment and events.Record information regarding customers, major wins, etc. for marketing department.Must attend and be certified in all applicable trainings required.All other departmental duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
At least three (3) years exposure to a hospitality environment.General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo and card games.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Outstanding customer service skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to read and write English fluently.Must maintain a professional appearance.Reliable, consistent transportation to and from Eagle Mountain Casino.Computer literate with, but not limited to Microsoft Windows suite.Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk and sit.Repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.Environment is administrative setting with occasional visits to the casino floor.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.Noise level is moderate to high when on casino floor.Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

SUPERVISES: None

HOURS: The casino operates 24/7. Schedule, shift, and hours will vary.

SALARY: $14.00/hour / weekly pay / overtime eligible
