Job Description:

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and continually improving an aggressive sales plan to consistently deliver highly profitable revenue growth in the Eastern US Region. • Through direct contact with purchasing managers, commodity managers, and engineers; promote Coining's differentiated products to current and prospective customers to exceed sales and margin targets. Develop and implement strategies to identify new markets and prospective customers. • Prepare and submit budgets, sales forecast reports, weekly sales updates, and consistent Salesforce activity entries. Actively participate in Coining's budget process to provide requested data and market information. • Collaborate in the development of pricing and sales strategies/tactics with the Director of Sales to achieve customer acceptance of proposed products and solutions. • Maintain regular customer contact to monitor customer satisfaction, VOC and determine future product or service requirements. Provide customer technical support for current products and exposure to new products. • Consistently collect segment and trend data on market conditions for Coining's products, new applications, and the competitive environment. • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars to enhance professional skills. Maintain memberships and active involvement in industry, trade, and professional organizations that will benefit your and Coining's commercial contacts and credibility. • Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of existing manufacturers' representatives. Coach, collaborate and assist colleagues as required. Advise Director of Sales if the relationship with a representative should be changed/terminated. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications and Salesforce platforms. • Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely with Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams. • Performance in this position is evaluated objectively through the profitability of Coining products in the target markets, sales volume in the assigned region, new and existing business development results and related sales and marketing activities, the timely response to customer inquiries and timely/accurate completion of Sales and Marketing reports, budgets, records, and documents. Performance in this position is evaluated subjectively by customer satisfaction, employee productivity, employee development and creativity.
