Entegris is rapidly growing its Life Science business in the single use bioprocessing market and we need an energetic and outgoing person to help us keep up with the growth!

In this role you will be responsible for lead follow-up and management, communicating across cross functional departments, gathering customer information, coordinating with the commercial field team for sampling of solutions to customers and aiding in the fast response to customer inquiries.

This role will be based at our location in Bloomington, MN with a partial remote schedule available if desired.

Lead Qualification/Management

  • Evaluate leads coming in and perform research via LinkedIn and internet to tier quality of lead for assignment and follow up

  • Make initial contact with leads that are not ready to be assigned to field sales and need additional qualification

Customer Interaction Set-up – Inquiry to PO

  • Assist Sales team in managing HubSpot deals and moving through the sales cycle

  • Manage entry of metrics into custom applications tracker and coordination of action items with engineering, product management, applications, and field sales

  • Work with customer and customer service to ensure all paperwork is complete for new customer set up and order processing especially for custom configured parts

  • Monitor status of request for quote, size of opportunity, part number set up status and drawings completion with customer signature sign off

  • Coordinate with product management for completion and timing for customer RFI’s and URS’s

Customer Interaction After the Sale

  • Monitor complaint status inquiries and follow up between quality, customer service and sales

  • Manage change notifications contacts

  • Enter lead time and pricing requests in SharePoint for quoting accuracy, request quotes from customer service, enter customer requests in ETQ

  • Point of contact between sales/customer/field applications and internal teams for customer needs

Communication with Field Sales, Operations and Product Management

  • Maintain samples inventory and communicate weekly with field sales team regarding samples available for customers and what products are available for sale and in stock

  • Provide customer demand and forecasting information to product management and the operations team and lead time information for customer service for custom configured parts

Customer and internal relationship management

  • Intense follow-up of lower tier leads that are smoothly handed off to account managers and project follow up is required to increase the conversion rate of leads to buying customers.

  • The process of managing the tactical and logistics needs of customers through the lead, sampling, quoting, order processing and order fulfillment by insuring tools are populated to allow for KPI’s to be measured on a regular basis is a must. Key coordinator of outside sales, applications, and customer service globally and across manufacturing locations

  • Maintain MQL’s in HubSpot and support assignment to field sales

  • Maintain relationships and coordinate with field people and sales channel partners at all existing accounts to create a greater depth of relationship

  • Manage single-use assembly inquiries and coordinate internally commercial and technical responsibilities to assure a smooth operation for the customer

  • Needs to maintain sales figures, forecast, project and customer data and as well internal reports within the global Life Sciences team


  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service/sales support role; previous experience supporting a dynamic sales organization is preferred (relevant co-op/internship experience will be considered)

  • Energetic self-starter with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with and present to various business functions and levels within the organization

  • Must be able to manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Ability to generate and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service

  • Ability to coordinate field resources and sales channel partners to achieve sales objectives

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook); intermediate MS Excel skills required (V look ups, basic formulas, etc)

  • SAP and HubSpot knowledge preferred but not required

  • Ability to work flex hours to support West Coast sales team
