Accredo is a specialty pharmacy that serves patients with complex and chronic health conditions, including cancer, hepatitis C, HIV, bleeding disorders and multiple sclerosis. What you'll do:

• 
  Use your analytical mindset. Ensure medications are packed accurately according to order and detail. Pick and pack prescription and coordinate paperwork for shipment.

  Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing deadlines or attention to detail. Work closely with the records team for file maintenance and cataloging. Provide suggestions on how to continuously improve our process.

What you should have:

• High School Diploma or GED is required


• Experience with picking/packing or in fulfillment environment is preferred but not required


• General computer skills


• Strong work ethic with focus on the details, process efficiency and sense of urgency


• Ability to walk around/be on your feet for duration of shift

$1,600 sign-on bonus paid in three installments:

• $300 at 30 days post hire


• $300 at 90 days post hire


• $1,000 at 1 year post hire

Work Shifts Available:

• 8 hour rotating weekly schedule ( Week 1: 8 am to 5pm; Week 2: 9 am to 6 pm; and Week 3: 11 am to 8 pm)

• 10 hour/4 day work schedule - 9 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday (with a rotating day off during the week)
