Sales Operations Assistant

Your tasks

Support account managers in initiating and completing request for proposals (RFP), presentations, and stewardship reports

Prepare and responsible for setting up global pricing from start to finish

Prepare contract documents, account setup, TNE billing/tracking, and invoice request

Maintain internal communication documents

Responsible for CRM data entries of sales and account information

Update and keep track of various sales/account management/pricing documents

Provide support/backup for cross-department/ Resource Center workload needs

Research companies and obtain info to support the sales process

Participate in various projects, as needed

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Management related field

CRM experience a plus

Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-tasked, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to understand RFP requirements for preparation of pricing, proposal, and presentation documents

Motivated - energetic, proactive, creative self-starter, and a team player with integrity

Confident - able to take a task and complete using good judgment and sound reasoning

Accurate and attentive to details

Reliable - able to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent organizational skills

The Sales Operations Assistant position supports the sales and account management functions. Duties include assisting executives in managing all aspects of the business development.
