JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:

Production Artist / Assistant is responsible for supporting the production phase of design and photography. This position supports design production activities, working closely with the Marketing Communication Design Team, Creative Director/Manager and other cross-functional members of the Marketing Communications Team. This position serves to manage the production phase of design and photography projects involving a variety of media. The Production Artist will work with vendors and agency partners to ensure production needs are met.

Descriptions:

* Under the direction of the Creative Design Art Director or Creative Design Manager or Creative Production Manager, executes graphic design production in support of the company's business needs. Ensures production and maintain brand standardization across all marketing materials.

* Produces store POP (menus, menu boards, posters etc.) signages, other promotional and corporate material (brochures, direct mail) as directed. Production will include digital, social media and web designs as needed. Provides ongoing production of standardized designs, digital content, POP and signage.

* Production assistance for photography shoots includes scheduling, production of pre-production documents, sourcing materials/props, coordinating food deliveries, etc.

* Works with vendors to schedule production and press checks

* Provides Support Center departments with production services, under the oversight of the Senior Manager or Creative Design Manager or Creative Production Manager. May include minor design adjustments.

* Collaborates with various internal teams/departments on the production of materials for various external uses (print, digital, social or web)

* Supports Digital Asset Management (DAM) system by processing new and existing assets. Maintains functionality with regular maintenance, checking accuracy of searches and keeping all assets current.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Visual Arts, Design or related field required

* Minimum one year of experience in a creative agency or comparable in-house agency, or in a production environment

* Successful completion of annual store training
