Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, manage technical projects affecting Medline Distribution Centers including system set-up, building workflow and organization for new and existing locations.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan, track, and manage all workflow associated with division projects.

  • Manage small scale nation-wide projects from concept to realization involving individuals from multiple departments and disciplines. Develop project plans to include action steps, schedules, etc. to enhance ability to deliver quality projects on-time and within budget. Provide support to team for large projects as needed.

  • Coordinate the activities of the project team by collaborate with various stakeholders to align workflows and project milestones. Coordinate regular project reviews and communicate deviations to project schedule

  • Work with internal customers to ensure risks and issues are reported, tracked, managed and resolved. Analyze, troubleshoot and develop innovative solutions to project issues.

  • Provide technical support to project stakeholders both locally and in the field to ensure adherence to procedures and policies.

  • Design, generate and distribute new, routine and ad hoc reports as needed and provide analytics.

  • Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes.

Relevant Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience
Additional

  • Willing to travel up to 30%

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and in controlling and coordinating projects from start to finish.
