Setup and maintain customer accounts in the system. Validate accuracy of the customer master file. Review existing accounts to prevent duplicate account numbers from being set up.
Set up new accounts based on review of customer completed credit applications and sales tax certificates.
Maintain changes to the customer master file including address, phone and fax. Contact from sales representatives and customers as needed.
Respond to change requests and work on customer match projects to provide sales with needed target market potential.
Set up confirmations for orders, packing list and invoicing outputs based on customer's requests.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
