As a member of the Enabling Solutions, PRT – Participant Relations Team, you will act as an advocate for our customers.  A member of this team processes a variety of high-volume transactions with the goal being to promote a seamless experience to the customer with accuracy and timeliness.  The responsibilities of the position include:


  • Review incoming research requests and respond to annuitants in writing, according to our procedures.

  • Assist in daily workflow activities to ensure timely completion of cases.

  • Build relationships with other business partners.

  • May participate in special projects as needed.

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • BS degree or minimum of 1-2 years of equivalent work experience

  • Experience within a transaction processing environment, where quality and productivity standards need to be met, is a plus.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.

  • Strong decision making/problem solving skills.

  • "Can Do" attitude.

  • Flexible, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

  • Computer proficient - accurate keying skills and Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel and Word.

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $39,900 - $54,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
