The position of Mechanical Engineer, Operations (contractor) will support a key new product introduction as part of the Mechanical Systems business unit.



Responsibility Statement:



* Will help drive the new product introduction for shops and transition into operating cells

* Establish Quality Control (QC forms) to support key NPI products

* Coordinate implementation of Component Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, Service Letters, and other airline directives

* Develop inspection plans; tear down plans, fault isolation plans, and any other investigation plans in support of investigating product failures

* Use engineering principles to design products such as test fixtures / tooling

* Ability to be flexible (change priorities as-needed), hands-on, analytical and intuitive

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience in fabrication, operations, installation and/or repair of mechanical products.

* Proficiency in MS Office such as Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree is desired with 3-5 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, candidate would need to have at least 10 years of experience.

US Citizen

All leased labor are subject to a 10 panel drug test. The FAA Drug & Alcohol program is a special program requiring an additional 5-panel drug screen with training prior to starting their assignment.
