We are seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join the HutsonWood Team.

This is a remote with travel position to our communities in IN, IL, and TN.

The Director of Clinical Services is a member of senior management who ensures appropriate delivery of resident services and compliance with state and federal regulations as well as the company's operating model. In addition, this position achieves and maintains competency in quality of care, customer service, and leadership. Assists with coordination of efforts with the clinical team. Establish and maintain high standards for quality care and customer service. Maintain compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct all systems, policies, and procedures for all aspects of the nursing department; in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care facilities.
Develop, maintain, and periodically update written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of direct care operations.
Develop, educate, and oversee all corporate reporting, data collection, and other pertinent information to maintain full regulatory compliance
Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as necessary.
Perform mock surveys and assist facilities with proper survey preparation.
Regularly visit, make rounds, observe, audit, and educate respective facility staff.
Experience in health care management preferred.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a working knowledge of relevant computer programs.
Good organizational, people and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.
Ability to travel with overnight stays (Communities in IN, IL, and TN)
