Develop, support and execute clinical programs to strategically represent Medline as a leading skin health expert in the long term care market. Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve annual gross margin in the skin health product categories.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow Medline's Skin Health market share by presenting new solutions, product concepts, and services to clients. Work with sales, marketing, clinical services and other internal teams to meet customer needs.
Enable new business opportunities through high-touch relationships with key accounts across long term care segments. Consultative approach with ability to analyze data and interpret potential risk to bottom line
Present to and consult with mid skin health management on clinical skin care trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for clinical campaigns, services, and solutions to differentiate Medline in the skin health market segement which will lead to an increase in sales and customer retention. Set the prioritization of initiatives and projects.
Support national and regional accounts with clinical expertise to secure business and establish customer loyalty
Act as a clinical leader in the area of skin health management management to elevate team expertise. Build team competencies and establish expectations for the team to provide superior clinical support and increase conversion/trial success rate
Director responsibilities include:
Interact with sales leadership, clinical services, marketing team and the sales force to provide insight and recommendations for ongoing development of clinical solutions and education
Strategic, tactical and operational planning to promote clinical programs
Support all training and promotional meetings including sales and clinical meetings/promotions
Interpret and anticipate health care industry policies impacting clinical and operational practice
Recommend new policies or modifications to existing policies
Training and development of staff, sales and clinical services, clinical evaluation, system implementation and business reviews, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.

Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree (preferred)
CWOCN certification (preferred)
Relevant Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience in wound, skin care, and continence management
Additional
Experience in public speaking, quality improveent initiatives and clinical research
Experience collaborating with both internal resources and external resources to develop strategies that meet divisional goals within budget and established timelines.
Excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to publish articles or host customer facing webinars.
Experience presenting to senior level management and making recommendations on clinical initiatives
Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes (within state or out of state).
