Vector Security is hiring Customer Service Representatives-Alarm Dispatch Operators for our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center located in Warrendale, Pa.


Vector Security is looking for Customer Service Representatives with experience in the retail, fast-food, hospitality and call center environments.


We offer an annual starting salary in the mid 30K's working an average of 15 days per month.  Our schedule provides every other three-day weekend off.


We also provide an excellent benefit package and bonuses for unscheduled overtime.


The Customer Service Representative-Alarm Dispatch Operators:



  • Work in a team-driven environment processing automated alarm signals.

  • Contact customers by phone to verify the alarm and to verify if the proper authorities should be dispatched.

  • Review alarm history with customers and update their account as needed.

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers and technicians.

  • Submit service tickets and coordinate with the local branch office on behalf of the customer.

 What we require of our Customer Service Representatives:



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to navigate within multiple software systems

  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
