As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for providing equity administration services to our clients by successfully managing client engagements related to equity administration, employee education, and special equity related projects for clients.

  • Administer all aspects of a client's equity program.

  • Maintain database integrity and ensure accuracy of the data in a client's equity administration system.

  • Collaborate and partner with Accounting, Payroll, Legal, HR, and Tax teams to foresee, implement, and address equity compensation initiatives and matters.

  • Ensure to process new grants as well as varied transactions inclusive of private and public securities (i.e. RSU, PSUs, ISO-NQ, PIU's) with strong know-how of accounting, legal and tax implications.

  • Perform with large data sets, audits, reconciliations, , data edits and complex calculations. Assist efforts to grow and scale the stock administration functions.

  • Prepare reports and reconciliations to assist in the review of equity data.

  • Ensure that all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the legal terms and conditions of the plan(s) under which they are granted.

  • Provide a superior level of customer service to client management, participants, internal and external stakeholders.

  • Design and implement educational sessions, presentations, employee training and ongoing education materials for the participant base to support understanding of equity programs and policies.

  • Administer ESPP enrollments and purchases.

  • Assist with special equity projects such as post M&A integrations, post IPO equity rollouts or divestitures.

  • Respond to all executive and employee inqueries pertinent to company stock plans and maintain active communication with clients to manage timely deliverables, expectations, client satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.

  • Continually look for opportunities to enhance efficiencies, processes and accuracy of data.

  • Consult, work with, and service our client base to make recommendations on business and process improvement. Serve as a business advisor to clients.

  • Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding progress and issues that may impair successful completion of assigned tasks within budget.

  • Have the drive to become an expert in a key area of our practice.

  • Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.


  • BS/BA degree in a Business-related field or relevant work experience is required.

  • Preference for 2+ years' experience in a stock/equity administration, corporate operations or at a consulting firm with relevant equity related experiences.

  • Experience or exposure to Shareworks, Carta, Equity Edge Online, Certent and other equity administration systems is a plus.

  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate with cross functional teams.

  • Creative, self-starting and positive attitude.

  • Excellent analytical, technical, and detail-oriented skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think "outside-the-box" to resolve problems.

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet clients' needs.

  • Stock option accounting, valuation, or other equity accounting experience a plus

  • Actively working to obtain CEP or CPA is required. Completed CEP a plus.
