A career with CAES is more than just a job, it is the pathway to a bright future.
At CAES in Lansdale, we take raw materials and electronic componentry, apply artisanship and process methods to machine, assemble, paint, test, and tune challenging builds, including microelectronics, within our sprawling Montgomery County location. If this technology sounds like what you are interested in, if you've got a mechanical aptitude, and an affinity for operating many types of tools consider a career at CAES.
As a Production Test Technician you'll learn how to perform operational tests to determine product acceptability and quality. You'll work on a wide variety of complex electronic developmental and production components, subassemblies and systems. You'll follow test specifications, standard test procedures and general written or verbal instructions. The cool part of this role: you conduct those activities in an anechoic test chanber. This is where we put our products through chamber-based techniques designed to simulate the external elements they must withstand in customer use. On the job and formal training will be provided.
