A 50-bed facility located in North Central Idaho is seeking a Director of Case management. The Director of Case Management will plan, direct and implement the case and utilization management programs and provide advice and coordination to promote collaboration between staff, physicians and leadership. The Case Management Director will design and execute processes in accordance with regulatory and standards of safety to ensure proper care coordination. The Director of Case Management provides performance measures to attain clinical, operational, financial and satisfaction outcomes and directs the analysis and presentation of data on program outcomes. The Case Management Director will work with the Manager to direct personnel actions including recruiting, interviewing, training, and staff evaluations. The Director of Case manages the finances by monitoring revenue and expenses and developing programs to maintain budget. The ideal candidate will be bachelors prepared, have years of management experience and have a current RN license.
