U.S. Electrical Services, Inc./Maurice Electrical Supply has an opportunity at our Landover, MD location for a Project Coordinator. This role will help support the commercial lighting department and report to the Department Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Processing requests to return merchandise to manufacturers, arrange pick up, process credits accordingly.


• Reconcile projects to assure customers are billed correctly.


• Assist product specialists in assembling shop drawings for approval, and operation and maintenance manuals to close out the project.


• Communicate with both Maurice personnel and the end customer in coordinating shipment schedules. Follow up with various factories to assure our customer's expectations are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience

Electrical product knowledge is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Must be able to communicate effectively.


• Must be able to work independently.


• Previous experience with Microsoft office suite, Office 365, and SharePoint.
