Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in MN, Northfield.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Master Scheduler role involves…

What a typical day looks like:


  • Coordinate, communicate, and perform the supply chain activities within the factory to achieve execution of the master production schedule in a standard and effective manner.

  • Communicating and working with the Supervisors, Product / Process Engineers, Purchasing, and Customer Service to satisfy our customer’s demand.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Release Discrete Jobs to the floor.

  • Checking for production constraints.

  • Multitask through the various duties of the job.

  • Experience with Oracle MRP system and Agile.

  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.

  • Ensures compliance of standards.

  • Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.

  • Perform job responsibilities using Microsoft Office.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to production and manufacturing as well as 6 years of operations experience.
