The next Emergency Department Director of Nursing, reports directly to the CNO and should be up for a challenge overseeing one of the busiest ED in the area with a record high of 100,000 Emergency department visits. The Emergency Department Director of Nursing should have LEAN process improvement skills, mentoring experience, experience overseeing a fast-paced Emergency department environment.

Administrative responsibilities along with overseeing efficient work flow process to operate a large number of staff, will need a motivated Executive Nurse leader ready to take on responsibility and passionate about their nursing career growth amongst an ongoing global crisis. Candidates must be Masters prepared along with progressive nursing leadership within the respective services lines.
