The Acute Care Manager of Laboratory is responsible for comprehensive supervision of the department including hiring and firing of staff, performance evaluations, fiscal oversight, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the department. The ideal candidate is ASCP-certified, has previous management experience, and exceptional skills building relationships with staff and other hospital leaders.
