One of the premiere healthcare organizations on the Oregon is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in their Home Health division.

The Home Health PT will work throughout central Oregon and visit patients in their homes. The Physical therapist will be paid a base pay, travel and a per visit premium based on the type of visit. Experience working in home health is a plus, but it is not required. A Physical Therapist with experience in with Oasis documentation will truly be able to hit the ground running in this therapist role. 

Home Health is on the rise and will be utilized more as hospitals are consistently shortening patients’ inpatient length of stay. As a Medicare benefit, patients receiving home health need close monitoring and accurate documentation to ensure proper reimburse and Medicare guidelines are adhered to. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for their patient documentation and may be compensated for time spent outside of visit hours necessary for appropriate documentation.

The Physical Therapist will have room for upward growth and mobility within this healthcare organization. Additionally, the PT will enjoy mentorship and guidance from other therapists currently employed. The Physical Therapist will work with a comprehensive team of physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, case workers, home health aides and nursing professionals.
