The Medical Physicist will work under the direction of the Regional Manager for Medical Physics and Radiation Safety. Specific responsibilities include annual inspections, ACR accreditation, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures, dose optimization initiatives, help teach radiology residents and perform radiation safety duties, as needed. 

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and eager to contribute and learn in a diverse healthcare environment. They will have their master’s degree or higher in Medical Physics with a bachelor’s degree in Radiology Physics required. In addition, the physicist must be a self-starter, board-certified, or working toward ABR parts II and/or III. Candidates from a CAMPEP graduate program with or without residency will be considered.
