Chubb Personal Risk Services offers an array of property and casualty insurance products for individuals and families with fine homes and possessions. Our clients include many of the most affluent families in the world, executives, business owners and top collectors of art, jewelry, wine and automobiles.

Chubb Personal Risk Services is seeking a Sales & Distribution Market Expansion Coordinator, a six-month contract position. This is an internal position with a primary focus on virtual engagement with prospective and newly appointed agents.

The PRS Sales & Distribution Market Expansion Coordinator will be responsible for executing a strategy to identify prospective new agents, contact them to assess opportunity and fit, develop interest, secure new appointments when appropriate, coordinate the onboarding process for training and systems access, and create tracking reports to measure their performance.

The PRS Sales & Distribution Market Expansion Coordinator will report directly to the Distribution Strategy Leader.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Using various tools to identify prospective new agents considering alignment with market opportunity and target geographies.

  • Conducting research to validate and prioritize lists of prospective new agents.

  • Reaching out to prospective agents through various methods to assess opportunity and develop mutual interest in a Chubb appointment.

  • In conjunction with key internal stakeholders (PRS Marketing, Chubb Field and PRS leadership), developing consistent talking points and supporting material to ensure and efficient and effective approach to agent engagement.

  • Working with prospective agents to ensure they complete the application process and coordinating appointment logistics to reduce delays and any friction points

  • Providing initial onboarding coordination and support to newly appointed agencies including:


  1. Establishing expectations for quote activity and commitment to growing their business with Chubb.

  2. Agency training to understand Chubb’s products, services, competitive advantages and value proposition.

  3. Product and service enhancements.


  • Working with internal stakeholders to create tracking reports to measure performance of newly appointed agents.

  • Evaluatng reports to prioritize agency engagement regarding training needs, areas of focus and partnership/producer management efforts.

  • Strong negotiation, leveraging and value-based selling skills



    Education and Experience:


    • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

    • Minimum 2 years of personal lines sales, marketing, underwriting, claims, risk consulting or agency experience preferred.

     

    Position to be based in one of the following locations: Whitehouse Station, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; or Washington, DC; with flexibility of 3 days in-office and 2 days work from home.
