Manager of Digital Operations

YOUR ROLE

• The Manager of Digital Operations will assist both the Director of Digital, Social and E-Commerce and the Social Media Manager in executing all aspects of the Zotos Professional omni-channel footprint.
• This role will specifically assist in the development and back-end support of a new E-Commerce enabled website and will be the key lead in the creation of a state-of-the-art email marketing program to grow awareness and sales of the Zotos Professional brands.
• Assist in the development of ZP's entry into an ecommerce platform, transitioning the current Zotosprofessional.com into an SEO optimized, DTC shopping site.
• Manage all aspects of the website SEO, meta-tagging, google analytics, reporting and updating once site is live.
• Lead the selection of a new Email Marketing software partner and develop objectives and strategies to grow the Zotos Professional CRM system.
• Manage the development of a weekly blog program to assist Zotos Professional with SEO.
• Assist in running digital media campaigns on social media channels, google (SEM) and via digital banners.
• Assist in managing the content and execution of the Zotos image across all on-line retailer channels include Amazon, Sally.com, Salonory and other retailers.

YOUR SKILLS

• 5-7 year of experience in a digital media or email marketing role
• Experience developing and managing websites
• Shopify / Shopify Plus experience required
• Google Analytics experience preferred
• BA/BS Degree required

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also me modified in the future.
