JOB PURPOSE

The Reclaim Supervisor is responsible for overseeing company mortality removal from farm sites, route scheduling, reclaim facility operations and safety, allocation of product to outside vendors as needed. Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal DOT and OSHA regulations, state applicable laws, and Seaboard Foods policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Coordinate with market haul manager, vet services and farms to determine, schedule, and pickup mortality from farm sites.


• Review bio-security positioning list daily to establish proper order of sites on routes for all mortality pickup.


• Perform audits on transportation equipment and driver performance. Maintain and track preventative maintenance schedule and coordinate movement of equipment in the department. Scheduling, tracking and auditing of equipment and facility maintenance


• Ensure compliance of DOT and OSHA regulations, company and biosecurity policies, and proper facility operations. Administers and recommends training when appropriate.


• Coordinate daily contact carrier schedules to outside vendors.

Basic computer and Microsoft excel experience required.

A clear and valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required. Class A CDL preferred but not required.

Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred but not necessary.
