Job Description:

Customer Service - University of Oklahoma Printing Services main production facility

Required Education: GED/High School Grad or equivalent combination of education/job-related experience, AND:


  • 6-12 months customer service experience

Skills:


  • Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to accurately read and understand written materials and instructions

  • Basic computer skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented for accuracy of data and information

  • Able to communicate well and build rapport quickly with students, faculty, and staff

Certifications:


  • None

Advertised Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to climb, crouch, pull-push, reach, stand, communicate, hear.

Departmental Preferences:


  • Experience or training in the graphic design field

  • Experience working in offset or digital production environment. (print shop or copy center)

  • Experience with ad-specialties sales

Supervision: No Supervisory Duties
