Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Creating and executing creative sourcing strategies that introduce diverse talent to Prudential Advisors.

  • Conducting introductory phone calls with candidates sharing our purpose and overview of the financial professional associate career opportunity.

  • Responding to candidates inquires and influencing their decisions to schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Conducting competitive mapping, collecting market intelligence, and analyzing hiring trends that will strengthen our strategy

  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maximizing CRM capability and usage.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-centric professional environment

  • A natural ability to build relationships in person and over the phone

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A strong drive to meet and exceed goals

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong business acumen to create strategies that support our business needs

  • The ability to be adaptable, flexible and quickly pivot as well as the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Excellent skills in acclimating to technologies

  • Prior experience in recruiting or sourcing a plus

  • Prior experience with any Customer Record Management tool a plus

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $44,300-60,100 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
