The Warehouse Administrator will be based in Fremont ,CA. In this position, you will report to the Sr. Logistics Manager. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for assisting with all warehouse/ receiving/ shipping activities at Nextracker Fremont.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

• Ability to type, utilize telephones, computer applications such as work-processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database systems. 


• Requires good organizational skills, follow-up and interpersonal skills. 


• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. 


• Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situation to other employees.


• Monitor AXIS inventory accuracy.


• Make sure all implemented process are being followed.


• Monitor picking accuracy and provide feedback to management.


• Must have strong excel skill and overall Microsoft experience

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…

• The ideal candidate must have two (2) years Warehouse/Inventory Control experience.


• Only current contractors working at Fremont CA facility will be considered.


• Must have experience with providing root cause for inventory discrepancies.


• Must be able to work independently, with little to no supervision.


• Must be able to follow through on assigned task.


• Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.


• Must be able to work overtime on very short notice.


• Must be able to work weekend when needed, could be consistently.


• Must have Forklift driving license
