Experience and Background:  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. *Equivalent work experience may also be considered.  15+ years of experience in the field with 10+ years experience in automotive environment.  Previous experience in material planning/purchasing.   Expertise in use of MRP systems with extensive management experience.  Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and email.  Ability to work in rapidly changing environment.  Ability to process time sensitive information and orders to meet deadlines.  Ability to accurately communicate to co-workers and management.  Effective oral and written communication skills.
