RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Transaction Banking Operations is responsible for both building and supporting our new Transaction Banking business that provides clients with a range of treasury services including deposits, lending and payments.

Our organization is the first line of defense for control and governance to protect both clients' and the firm's financial assets; and to provide a differentiated, best- in-class client service. Transaction Banking Operations is a growing team with regional presence in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York and now Dallas. All our offices work closely together as a single global team in support of our Transaction Banking business.

We manage a wide range of complex processes, with members developing skills and competencies focused on client service, risk management and scaling our operational processes. The team has exposure to a range of processes and services including client onboarding, loan origination, servicing of deposit accounts, liquidity management products, payments and loans.

YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking to recruit an individual to manage our Dallas Transaction Banking Operations team. The group provides support for the multiple product offerings that are now live as well as those that are in the process of being developed. The ideal candidate will be integral to delivering for our clients every day while partnering with Product, Digital, Sales, and Engineering to build out the next generation capabilities in Transaction Banking.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    Lead a team within Transaction Banking Operations team in support of new products being developed for the global business.
  • Demonstrate ability in optimize between excellent client excellence, strong risk management and operational efficiency.

  • Use data and metrics to run day to day operations; act as a decision-maker and point person for escalations and issues

  • Work alongside Transaction Banking and other key stakeholders such as Compliance and Legal in the implementation of new deposit, lending and payment products and services.

  • Strong understanding of front-to-back processes from client onboarding, loan origination, implementation, servicing, account management, payments and reconciliations

  • Develop, coach and lead a fast growing team. Engage in recruiting, mentoring and other citizenship activities in support of the Transaction Banking business and Bengaluru office.



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • 6+ years of experience

  • Experience within transaction banking/treasury services, payments and/or lending

  • Knowledge of international payment schemes, FX and liquidity products and/or loan origination and servicing

  • Able to work across multiple groups and geographies in a fast moving environment

  • Demonstrates a strong commercial and client focused mindset balanced with a clear risk management approach

  • Able to navigate issues and deal with complexity as products and services grow

  • Strong leadership and people development skills to lead and build a local team in support of a global business
